Pricing & Payments

Full payment or a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure custom orders, event reservations, or workshop registrations.

Applicable taxes and fees will be added where required by law.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving order details before production begins.

While we strive to match inspiration photos and design requests as closely as possible, all handcrafted products are unique and slight variations in design, color, or decoration may occur.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

ORO Sweets products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Customers are responsible for informing ORO Sweets of any dietary restrictions or allergy concerns prior to placing an order.

ORO Sweets cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Workshops & Events

Participation in workshops and events is voluntary.

By attending an ORO Sweets event, participants acknowledge and accept any risks associated with food preparation activities and agree to follow all instructions provided during the event.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising participating children.

ORO Sweets may photograph or record workshops, events, and experiences for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on social media, websites, and printed materials.

Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify ORO Sweets before the event begins.
