Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ORO Sweets, every order and event experience is carefully planned and customized. Because of the time, ingredients, and preparation involved, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy.

 

Custom Orders & Dessert Purchases

All custom cakes, desserts, dessert tables, and specialty orders are made specifically for each customer and are therefore non-refundable.

If an order must be canceled:

  • More than 14 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date: any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded.

  • Less than 14 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date: no refunds will be issued.

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your date and production time.

 

Event & Workshop Tickets Customer Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before the event: full refund or credit toward a future ORO Sweets event.

  • 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund or full event credit.

  • Less than 7 days before the event: no refunds.

Tickets may be transferred to another participant with advance notice.

 

Event Cancellations by ORO Sweets

If ORO Sweets must cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to:

  • Receive a full refund, or

  • Transfer their registration to a future event.

 

Product Quality Concerns

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product.

Refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis when supported by photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

We do not issue refunds based on personal taste preferences after a product has been consumed or partially consumed.

 

No-Shows

Customers who fail to pick up an order or attend an event without prior communication are not eligible for a refund.
