Service Description
Create unforgettable sweet moments with a private ORO Sweets workshop experience designed for birthdays, girls’ nights, team-building events, family gatherings, and special celebrations. From signature tiramisu experiences to themed dessert workshops, each session is thoughtfully curated to feel warm, interactive, and memorable. Private workshop experiences begin at $570 for up to 10 guests. Additional guests are $50 per person. Available Add-Ons: Facility rental - $380; Customized Cake starts at $150; Dessert Table starts at $275; Themed decor starts at $75 To reserve your experience, submit your preferred date, guest count, and event details through our inquiry form. A nonrefundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event or workshop. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if notice is provided within the cancellation window. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable due to preparation, ingredient sourcing, and scheduling commitments. In the event of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when available. ORO Sweets reserves the right to reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, with guests offered a transfer or full refund if applicable. By booking with ORO Sweets, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
